Rebekaah Gains

Born in Dublin and raised in Victoria Rebekaah was a fitness enthusiast from the age of 21. Many people always told her that she should become a trainer because, she loved helping others get excited about working out. Rebekaah has always loved moving her body, pushing herself and dancing. After spending years only doing cardio and trying to maintain a certain body type as depicted desirable by the media, Rebekaah discovered bodybuilding and her life changed completely. Rebekaah started gaining weight on purpose to increase her strength and power…. She started looking like how she felt, she should because she grew muscles and got bigger. Rebekaah is now a competitive bodybuilder and nothing is more important to her than accepting the body we are in.
