Anne Mackenzie-Kong

Anne grew up on the lower mainland and spent her child and teen years both skiing at Whistler and competitive horseback riding and eventing (the triathlon of riding!). Her interest in fitness moved more into strength training in her early twenties and has evolved since having children. In more recent years she discovered her love of running, has trained for a few races and currently is doing more trail running. Focusing on building strength and functional training, making fitness accessible for all levels is her passion. Anne is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She is here to help you in body, mind and spirit reach your goals and unleash your potential.
