We have designed a scoring system that provides different values for repetitions based on exercise difficulty. Tactical assess the challenge each time you attempt and make changes based on your results this Winter. The key for this challenge is to push to your maximum on every exercise to find your true over fitness score.

Q: How long does the challenge take to complete and when?

It is exactly 15 minutes to complete the 10 stations. Have your challenge assessment completed by one of our elite trainers anytime during our Saturday 0930am – 1130am session.

Q: How long does each station take to complete?

Each station is allocated 90 seconds to complete. Stations have either 60 seconds work and 30 seconds recovery or 45 seconds work and 45 seconds recovery.

Q: What does the Limitless Challenge test?

The Limitless Challenge is a functional full body workout testing your strength, endurance, agility and cardiovascular system. This style of training is the true test of overall fitness levels.

Q: What is the highest score?

Wesley holds the highest score ………… at Limitless Training on the 23rd Nov 2016.

Q: What if I cannot finish one of the stations at the challenge?

You will still get a score however if you do not complete a repetition in more than two stations you will not be able to complete the challenge.

Q: Where can I take the challenge?

The challenge is only at the Limitless Training Studio 582 Johnson Street. We have set hours every Saturday between 0930am – 1130am to register and compete.

Q: How should I train for the challenge?

You can train with one of our certified personal trainers to take your fitness to the next level or attempt on your own and target your best power, strength, endurance, agility and cardiovascular exercises.

Q: How many times can I take the challenge?

You can complete the challenge as many times as you wish. We hope you attempt as many times as possible. You have to complete the challenge by a verified Limitless Training approved Judge.

Q: How much does it cost to compete in the Limitless Fitness Challenge?

It is free! We want to build some hype around fitness in Victoria, BC. All you need to do is register and turn up on the day.
