Our small group training programs are great for building fitness with friends. Work toward the same goals and improve in all elements of fitness with that added motivation of the group. This also could be a great opportunity for team building with your co-workers, becoming more productive for the afternoon.

Our group training programs will provide you the structure of periodized weight training and designed for maximizing body composition, strength, and a healthy lifestyle.
